A Small Collection of Early Quaker Sermons

(Preached between 1688-1694.)

Note

These sermons were transcribed, produced for the web, and contributed to this site as a set along with James Nayler's Spiritual Writings. They now have their own place on the site, with a simple framework reflecting our friend's concern that visitors have a chance to absorb and reflect before moving on to other sites and readings.

It may also be noted that the dates of some sermons are affected by the dating convention of the time, that changed the year on March 25th. Thus, aside from the sermon preached by William Dewsbery in 1688, these sermons were all collected within three-month's span of time.
